Our client, a major international manufacturer of SIP phones, needed to expand into new markets and create a unique brand. They were looking for innovative solutions to expand their customer base, expand into new markets and establish a strong global presence. To do this, they turned to our company so that we could develop an interface for the new SIP phone.
The customer decided to launch a new line of SIP phones on the market. The line consisted 2 types (touch and non-touch) and 6 models for different clients. Phones were developed on the Android system.
We conducted an analysis of competitors' products, services, and marketing strategies. We then used the latest industry trends, customer preferences, and expectations to design and visually design a new product.
As a team leader for a line of touch interfaces, I was responsible for task management, creation, and developing a design system, as well as taking part in feature design. We had a team of five designers and a design manager from our side, and a design manager with design architect from the customer side. We worked very closely with our development team throughout the project, ensuring that each component was thoroughly examined and tested to ensure a successful outcome. Additionally, we with together with the design manager and development leads made sure to use the most up-to-date technology and resources to ensure that the project was completed on time and within budget.

In general, we worked diligently to meet the customer's requirements, making sure to go through all the necessary steps in the interface logic and creating a visually appealing design. To ensure that all the features were covered, scripts were employed that were generated through the user's flows. This way, the customer was able to get exactly what they needed in the end, with no room for any error or misunderstanding.
